The article did say it was a very small sampling but I have read other articles that say franchisees are not happy with the current situation.I just do not know long term if they can survive without changing their business model from a frozen to a fresh concept.

and I don't want a bunch of frozen stuff..I got one of those packages as a gift and there was one Radish in a plastic bag I thought what a waste..But what I really loved was buying our Teslas on line.... now that is the bomb.. no more car dealer BS.the price is the price and you can literally have a new car bought in less than 30 minutes if your paying cash. then they e mail you when its in the show room and ready to be picked up which depending on where your at or what model can be a matter of next day or a week or so out..

Well is pretty frozen as everywhere I think, prices have not really dropped that much but it takes forever to sell and most of the new building sites are proceeding slow....Not to speak about the international guys who disappeared.This is not a very touristic region, but I believe it has potential, so I guess I just hang on and wait.....I will use this time to figure out (with some help from you all I hope) what’s the best way to improve my business.

K-Man If you are saying Wells has held onto funds that were frozen or can be traced back to the original transaction, you absolutely should pursue getting the funds back.

In cold climates you want to make sure the deepened perimeter of the slab is below the frost line so the expansion of frozen soil doesn't heave the building up, but if it has been fine since the 50's you should be ok.

pre approval for  a heloc means nothing to a seller.also keep in mind HELOC's in down markets get frozen or called.. so make sure you use those correctly.
