My master bedroom closet on my personal residence is freezing cold!  

Tried some basic research but I think its so rare that nothing is popping up.Here's my situation.I'm closing on a house on Monday where the property taxes are articifically low because the owner was a senior citizen and had a sr citizen exemption, homestead exemption and sr freeze exemption.The taxes paid this year were like 1,200.

So I'm sure I'd rather make offers to distressed sellers, get a spread that makes sense for the investor, and get the ball rolling than freeze up because I hear from people such as yourself hesitant to recommend wholesaling.

It's for emergency, if the unit quits working, it insures you have basics heat so you don't freeze to death.

@Satha Palani I used to work in pest control,when it comes to bed bugs, the best treatment is a steam (hot treatment) treatment or a CO2 (freeze treatment) treatment.

More than once, I have seen the pressure of making such a huge decision freeze folks or put so much stress on relationships that they fall apart. 

I was able to find a freeze up house worth $200k (according to the agent) for $80k.

With that being said, I'm hesitant to put in a sprinkler system since I'd have to be careful about having water in the lines and it freezing. 

Reason being gravel cant hold water,,,thus freeze and expand(push)

With the help of Google, I've managed to keep us afloat so far, but recently a question has come up that I don't know how to answer.I had a pipe freeze and burst in my shower in a recent deep freeze.
