I have a tenant who I think is trying to take advantage the virus situation. 

I have used any number of them in the past, but I appreciate the heads up on this issue too.I bought the property vacant, and the rehab for both units is it coming along nicely, yet there are clearly now delays in work by my contractor and subcontractors due to the virus.

I know crowds/meetings are not a good idea with this Covid 19 pandemic, but before the virus I would go to investor meet ups in my area.

Don't forget corona virus may cause a lot of grief yet.  

I wasn't looking to buy until November or December so hopefully this whole corona virus situation is cleared up. 

Obviously the virus has had quite an impact on the bookings/rental rates and depending on how long this goes for, we might not be profitable in our first year.

And add to this the corona virus, and Tax Revenue are down, so they are more aggressive in collecting taxes.

I hope it hasn't downloaded me a virus....

The military had put a hold on all moves because of the virus, so there are a lot of people uncertain about where they are going right now, but things are slowly starting to change with that.
