Ok, I’m sure I’ll get a lot of blowback for writing this but why is there a growing belief amongst the BiggerPockets community that wholesalers are the gatekeepers to good real estate deals and critical to your overall success?

This also allows for property owners to more easily write-off assets that get damaged/destroyed as the value of these assets is determined as part of the study.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

@Josh Milewski Yeah, or ask the landlord to be up front with the tenant.....or something else - like have the landlord tell the renters that he was having an agent stop by to write up a BPO - which is different than having a prospective buyer come snooping around.

No, actually they're not IF you know how to write carrier compliant text messages.Its confusing all the steps to me. 

It's just one extra manual step I wish I didn't have to do and I wish I could just post a link on my rental ads.Otherwise overall, no complaints, I've enjoyed using it and plan to continue using it in the future

I really have enjoyed @david Greene  keynotes in the past (his market is similar to mine so we have similar mindset) but I suspect that may not happen again (he was at the BPCon).
