Maybe it's just me, but my medication provides me with an elevated interest in learning and expanding my investment knowledge with great focus.

Due to my background in engineering I could produce plan and elevation drawings myself.  

Account Closed and the Atlas site give you as good a basic elevator pitch for the 1031 as you're going to get.

BP has lots of forums on this.And you may even still want to set aside some for the inevitable assessment many associations face when they find the_________ (insert windows, pool, roof, HVAC, parking, stairs, elevator, etc) needs replacement asap.

Simply by taking your time and saving enough to elevate you to a level requiring far less work will pay greater dividends in the long term.It is the difference between C and B class investing, SFHs and multi units.

My cousin just moved into the area closest to Hoboken; there's actually an elevator at the top of the cliff that takes you down to the Light Rail.

With that being said, I was wondering if I could receive some feedback on the following "elevator pitch" I put together if I were to come across a potential candidate for a mentor.

The cost is highly dependent on the elevation of the property and unless you have an elevation certificate (Around $450), you won't get an accurate quote.
