I own 3 rental properties in Ontario self-managing 7 tenants. 

So with that I'm curious to know how people are effectively reaching out to homeowners via Text blast while still staying compliant.Also if they are any SMS services that you recommend.

No personal experience with PMs since we’re local and self manage, but there are 1-2 that I’ve heard good things about. 

Mine is boredom between Self Storage and Country subdivisions.  

I've been using it for over 4 years for self showings with no issues.

It's a strategy that has proven effective time and again.Five years is a solid timeframe to account for market fluctuations and ensure profitable sales.

This will primarily effect tenant's sales and your ability to re-lease when tenant moves out.You have building risk: primarily, how easy will it be to re-tenant if your tenant goes dark or leaves.  

Second, are you planning to self-manage or hire a PM?
