I am interested in what people are mailing?

I understand they have their busy days (as we all do), but have been truly responsive and supportive  via email or phone.

Dave was great because not only did he answer my emails, he made sure he put the right “exchange” person in touch with me depending on what was happening at the time.

You could plug in basic property information and within 5 minutes have owner information, mailing address, prior sale info, zoning, rudimentary comps, etc.If you do regular business with a Title company they can give you access to their database upon request.

I have searched the web to find some paid subscriptions like Monarch or YNAB or Empower.

This can include emails, letters, inspection reports, and any other relevant paperwork.

Also have your realtor set you up, so you automatically get an email any time a listing comes up that fits your criteria...and check MLS regularly.Look to see who the listing agents are as some specialize in condos (or certain buildings) and they may be able to let you know when they are going to list a place and you can be the first one in. 

If have inquiry from Furnished Finder, I have an email ready to send them with next steps, usually with background check and information to send deposit, first months rent, etc. and once they agree, i'll send them the door codes.
