I think it would take me about two weeks of diligent searching to grasp a certain market - but I would need the help to discover recent sales, etc..It’s a treasure hunt; fun, exhilarating, and pure American Dream stuff. 

With that being said, it doesn't have to be the home of my dreams once the contractor signs off, I'm pretty handy and really enjoy projects. 

I am active duty military and we both know we wont be able to buy our dream home and raise our family in it because we will be moving quite often.

@Ian Middleton I like your dream and realizing the dream and making it happen is going to be lot of work.

I'm hesitant to pour a ton of self leveling compound due to added weight on the foundation may cause more settling damage. 

I definitely do want to give wholesaling my full attention to the point where I am day dreaming about it at work!
