As we try to catch up on those back utility bills with the tenant, they have applied part of a rent payment toward the utility catch-up even though the tenant made a separate payment to catch up on the utilities, as previously agreed and discussed with RHR specifically (an installment plan to pay the entire past-due amount back). 

I once met a newbie who knew next to nothing but asked some of the most insightful questions, sparking great discussions.

Most major metros can handle MTR only and STR only--- it's a strategy discussion.

Happy to discuss further. 

But, if she were to transition to a job in the RE sector, she would develop a skillset that would enable her to take this much further and in her own direction.I have a couple reasons for posting this topic: the main one is that I think this is a good topic for discussion in the BP forums.
