@Matthew TurcotteI would look up Dave Hook, a really savvy investor who is in multiple asset classes.

My gut tells me to ask them if you can short sell it.If you have other assets, because its a HML expect them to come after you for the delta - so foreclosure you will have a greater deficiency judgment.

So here’s the bottom line.For debt personally guaranteed, anything over 60-65% leverage does put your other assets and personal guarantee into play.
