I am absolutely 100% committed to pursuing Real Estate in some capacity or another for a very long time, I am incredibly intrigued by the "no ceiling" aspect of how far you can take this business and I thoroughly enjoy every facet of residential homes from construction to sales to ownership.

If you're really committed to those places, start scouring the city record to identify properties.

It was a tough decision to commit to my local market with my duty station only having a population of 30,000 and being heavily dependent on the military. 99.99% was overpriced.

We do have exclusive buyer's agency though - the buyer is committed  to the agent and will pay the commission if he's going with another agent.It's not common in Cleveland, at least, not everywhere, but very customary  in other areas.

However, accept no application and make no commitments while there is rent outstanding.
