She had inherited the home from her mother and lived in it for several years with her 2 children.  

It has also allowed my wife and I to supplement our income so that she can be a stay-at-home mom to our 3 children.  

I am retired Air Force, married to a beautiful wife, and all the children are out of the nest.

They make billions and have families and children.

Breaking multiple windows, breaking a television, and staying away for that long a time is not something most emotionally stable husbands would do in a stable relationship with young children in the household. 

Also, I want to get involved in real estate from a family perspective as my wife wants to help me and I want to have something more to pass on to my children.

i am just getting started in realestate wholesaleing and i am about to make an offer on a house and i am not sure of what i should do, based on some of the particulars of the deal. the house in  areal nice subdivision, the hoa has a lot of stipulations. the hoa fees are 110.00 per month, residents must be 55 years of age and older, no children. arv 150 to160k dosa anyone have any suggestions on how i should proceed. please reply asap as i need to make the offer tomorrow 8/10/15. thanks

If no will, in my state, the belongings go to the children first, then if no children, other relatives. 

Our key to success has been a fantastic lease, not giving in to problem children and treat in this like a business.
