Hi All,Would anyone know of publications, articles, or blogs that give insight or a report on the current and future demand\growth of light industrial warehouses or business parks in greater houston area?

I just read an article by Forbes where the author - Brad Thomas - mentioned something regarding cap rates that has me confused.Quote - "As a REIT analyst, I use cap rates on a daily basis for comparing the values of various buildings that are bought and sold.

There is a ton of great information in that article!

I recently read a good article on building new.The article was talking about there is a big demand for middle class people wanting to rent but no new construction.Most of what is being built is Class A.

Dawn--I've read and heard a lot as I've been doing my own research that there are few rental vacancies and rentals are needed in Medford, sounds like especially lower rents.While rentals seem to be needed, I've read a few articles in the last several months that have highlighted the large number of abandoned or unoccupied out-of-state owned homes in the area, and family members and friends have colloquially reported the same.
