I have a background in Hotel Development and am a real estate broker.  

It just wasn't operationally efficient to continue brokering.

You must still comply with New Jersey's landlord-tenant laws and regulations.Managing Properties for Others: If you plan to manage properties that belong to other people, you need to be a licensed real estate broker or work under a licensed broker.

My broker has been approached by them as well, and it sounds like the exact same thing. 

Broker money for individuals and make broker fees.. depending on state license maybe required.. experience will dictate how well your able to attract investors etc..

We plan to build on our “Deal Finder”, introduce a mobile app, and build out solutions to help investors meet contractors, lawyers, wholesalers (avoiding wannabes who just bought some guru course), and maybe foray into commercial - allowing investors to connect with Commercial Brokers. 

I am a licensed Broker in Florida, and have been asked from one of my current clients if we would be interested in taking on a large portfolio for them in Maryland.

I'm looking to transition into the world of property mgmt.I just passed my real estate exam, and now it's time to find a broker to hang my license with.

The downleg is in the final stages of creating a marketing package from the broker that we're using and should be listed in the next couple weeks.
