I've come across a potential rental investment in a great area.I was recently notified that the property had some mold remediation performed.I'm now concerned with being able to obtain renters, once they are made aware of this mitigation.  

In her first month, she mentioned the roaches where a problem but said she was going to do things to remedy it, i.e. moth balls, sprays, etc.

You need to get an electrician, plumber, and a mold remediation company to provide quotes for you.

Some state like Florida have the charging order as sole remedy for multi-member LLC, but not for single member (since FTC vs Olmstead).

At that point, you have to remediate the problems and call them for a reinspection.You can do a LOT of work that will not require an inspection by the city.
