Offering a limited-time incentive like the first month's half off could attract more interest.

However, there is alot of new developments in the area to include the Ai Super Computer, Bucce's gas station (This is national traveler attraction), the Blue Oval, and also lots of other developments but these are the recent highlights.

Maybe your offer will be more attractive to others.I'm not poo-pooing your idea, but I am skeptical enough that I won't ask for an analysis of a particular market. 

Despite the weather and cold, I have always found it more attractive than the beaches in Florida or California.Unfortunately, I can't handle the politics and will probably never buy anything there.

And maybe a bigger question i had for the more knowledgeable individuals is: Is the practice of wholesale real estate shady in itself or is it just a lot of the people that it attracts?

@Jordan Gregg Id agree with @Darren Sager I think Bloomfield is a smart investment just make sure you market your rental to the right clients and make sure that its upgraded to attract that commuter (don't over update though) I bought a SF that Im going to rent spring of 2019.

I am attracted to the stability and passive income potential of buy & hold investments.
