I'm not making excuses for propstream or pin... but just my personal experience is that I wouldn't expect skip tracing to really be THAT effective.What bothers me the most is all the companies that market it as "we do skip tracing, you just click here and get the number" without making it clear that it's some computer's best guess at a number based on a million social media sites combined with county records..etc..

Has anyone had any luck getting a delinquent tax roll from Harris County?

Don't let anyone pull your credit until you ask and have tehse questions answered, or every lender in the whole county will pull your credit. 

They are saying it'll report "crimes at a national level like national sex offender list" but that they can't access county or state level offenses.

But whats been happening the last year or two is the criminals are coming out into the counties and then returning to the city .

@Laurel Williamson There are no major tax implications and any interest payments can be deducted by the LLC.

Normal landlord insurance will not cover wind/hail  events in the the texas gulf coast counties.
