Do these companies typically handle tasks such as cleaning and furnishing, or would I need to arrange for those separately?

The only problem we had was that the installer did not clean the floors as well as he should have in one of the installs and there were some spots where you could see debris was under the flooring.

Says this pad split will get you $7k per month but isn't including mortgage, vacancies, minor cleanings etc. 

Anyone know a good way to get these clean?
