How can I verify this company is legit? 

What do you think of my essentially 7-word answer? "It's like selling pizza by the slice".  Too simple? Just right? How would have you answered? 

Hopefully, you're looking to do this on a Class A property, or at least Class B.We've turned down Class C rent-by-room opportunities in the past because in our experience/opinion, you'll need someone that can visit the property weekly to not only keep an eye on what's going on, but also to "keep the peace" between residents.

@Cody Lewis one strategy you can try is a discount for longer stays (ie 10% off for 5 nights or more; 15% off 7 nights or more).

In my opinion it would be cleaner to split partnership based on monetary contribution and then remunerate each active party for their work if the active work is more on one partner than the other.

LOL  a softer way to say this is if your simply looking to become a landlord this is a very easy subject to read up on and learn and understand U do not need to pay someone to teach it to you.
