Now if a tenant vacates June 30, I schedule painters in there before Jul 4, have my open houses, and rent it out by Aug 1, losing one months rent.

Instead of hiring painters and cleaners, my dad put me and my siblings to work, getting it ready for the next renter.

With the help of our painters we proved that we did paint the house the exact color submitted.
