Thing is, they never yell TOO LOUD, just loudly enough to be a pain to the people in their immediate vicinity, and they don't play music or anything.

@Marco Padilla I'm not sure how things are in PA, in Florida the sellers (sometimes banks won't) typically pay the title companies fee so they have the right to choose who they use because they are the one paying. if I understand this correctly the first title company was in PA??..

I went through the painful process of switching servicers to Land Home.Joe was patient and flexible as I was fairly new to note investing.In the end, I left Land Home for another servicer only to come back to Land Home 6 months later when that servicer went out of business.No servicer is perfect, however I will say that the more time you put into building the relationship with your servicer the better things become.

I do have an expensive miter saw in my future, as it does pay to get a good one with a large blade, though they are a pain so having a small one and a big one is probably ideal.
