After 3 months of lurking around, today I feel it’s time to jump into the game.I’m a 30-year old music manager at a full service personal management company for recording and performing artists.

Owning a condo can be worse than renting an apartment with bad neighbors because it is not so easy to give a 30-day notice to move out when you your next door neighbor cannot sleep unless he is playing his thumping music that vibrates your walls all night while you are trying to sleep.

What immediately comes to mind is financial services - not retail banking but developing and managing real estate related investment instruments (think ETFs).I think you'll be well served with a business degree with finance major (or concentration, if you go to a school where business would be the major).

My other interest of music doesn’t seem like it has a good analogy 😂
