I had this wall mount range hood vent hole that needs to be moved.

Wall mount toilets are out,  and new plumbing is installed... bathtub installed, new interior doors hung!

I was looking at properties on Mount Vernon, Yonkers and parts of New Rochelle, but also could not find anything attractive enough.

I am a consultant involved in billing for electricity and am not aware of a device that could be mounted in an electrical panel that would measure electrical use for that individual circuit.

Im currently in the McHenry IL area but am occasionally out by Belvidere , Vernon Hills, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights areas.  

Many people don't realize you need special mounting boxes or long screws into the joist to properly secure a fan.
