I have seen a few changes with the addition of some luxury condominiums on main street and it seems like they are finally going to attempt to revitalize the shopping center with the bowling alley and movie theater on the east end.

I also personally prefer to stay completely away from condominiums as they are never truly free and clear due to special assessments that are always lurking on the horizon.

Those are available in rural areas and typically fixer-uppers, but not likely in major metro areas unless they're condominiums.

Hypothetically if a close to identical house and a condo are in the same neighborhood with the same bd/ba and same sq footage. You would expect the house to be priced higher right?
