You can also find wholesalers here on bigger pockets, on facebook groups (excellent resource also), on other social media (tiktok, instagram etc) and all over in craigslist in most metros. 

I noticed on Avery Carl's Instagram page that it looks like she is using Hospitable now.

About two weeks ago I got an ad on Instagram for a free training on Tax Lien investing from a company called "National Tax Lien Training" in Austin.

I'd also repeat those messages on Facebook ads, Instagram and/or TicTok (I've not used TicToc, but seems to be the latest and greatest social media).

The goal is to provide value to your audience, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable source in the investment field.Social Media Presence: Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, and Instagram can be effective.
