Yes we wound up not selling that unit and adding another 3 bedroom in the same village. 

North Linden, Merion Village, Hungarian Village, Old North, Campus, Driving park, Vasor Village, Southern Orchards, Old Oaks are all good appreciating areas to invest in Columbus.

I would be amenable to Sherman Oaks or Valley Village, but North Hollywood or Glendale is a very tough sell to the SO...

You are in a growing area because of The Villages but the vast majority of that area is for retired home buyers.

These are also older buildings, so knowing how the building departments work in these villages is key.
