The casinos seem to have an outsize influence on the local economy, and I'm guessing politicians. 

I would defintely suggest reading the economic landscape of each city to see the direction it is heading in (i.e business development---Everett, for example, will have a Wynn Casino soon.

She was an executive level at a Casino and owns a home in another state so I am sure the funds exists. 

GSMNP is the big draw, but Harrah’s Cherokee Casino isn’t far from their too.

But the Graton Indian tribe backed by Texas Station Casinos bought the 120 acres across the street for 200 million and built the larges Casino in Northern CA.. they brought all Utls in new road with a light right at my corner.

It’s like the casinos- it’s a numbers game.

Northwest-Northeast is on casino grid so no blackout, Truckee water clean, homeowners association, easy for rentals .

I think we'll see the area grow with the help of jobs provided by Caesar's Casino in 2024 as well as the Center for Manufacturing Advancement that's due to open soon.

Still a year or so from the new Casino opening there, and my property is vacant at the moment.
