Have you found it advantageous to buy and hold in the retirement account vs. outside of the account?

The 40k projection we found is for a 5/3 home.

I guess the question I’m left with is, what have you found the profit margins to look like on co-hosted (not owned,) properties?

We found out after we were in court for the third eviction.Hire an eviction attorney.

I suspect the landlord was found not guilty.

I also haven't found any title companies in Oregon that work with wholesalers or handle double closings—unless they’re nationwide companies, which I don't know much about.

Something else I found with BRRRRs in my market right now is that even if my equity may be enough to cash-out everything I put into the deal, the rent I could get would not cover that high of a mortgage.
