So the only short-term rental hosts that get in trouble are those whose neighbors complain.

I also co-host for just 15% so more cashflow to you there. 

Hopefully, he takes my advice to do his homework before trying to buy anything at the auction (literally every other week someone loses a buttload of money bidding on HOA foreclosures with clouds on title).

Clay,I host a meetup in Jupiter 2nd Tuesday of each month at the locomotive coffee from 8-10am.
