So I went on about life, I started saving money while living at home, and Christmas money was great at work , I decided that 2014, I would change my financial life around.

It's not a licensed business but rather just a mom and pop style Christmas Tree Farm that is a one-man show by someone who doesn't really keep books and records or anything.

Can you advise on Carol's experience in this area before I contact her?

I've recently wholesaled properties in Carol Stream and Villa Park and have another deal pending in Carpentersville.  

If you wait you could be close to the holidays and Christmas and then you will have a really hard time getting it re-rented.Don't be another landlord looking at your balance sheet and saying " I wish I would have done this sooner!
