Hi my co-realtors, anyone here would like to have a conversation about your current challenges, experience,  and share knowledge about current Real Estate industry?

I look at every single item in the pro forma and imagine that it is complete BS, and see if I can challenge it.

It’s just more challenging and with some jobs it’s impossible.

It appears the percentage of people living this way is growing and the internet is giving them an easy way to constantly complain, "woe is me".Unfortunately, politicians are starting to pander to this segment of the population for votes.Unless something changes, morally-challenged politicians will give more and more government subsidies to these people (to get re-elected), increasing the national debt until the country defaults on its debt.

Finding deals in today's market can be challenging to say the least.

So, you can't simply trust them to handle things on your behalf and often communication is challenging especially if they choose to make it that way. 

As it is, the current rent control laws sprinkled across CA create unnecessary challenges for new landlords.

Also, keep in mind potential market fluctuations—having reserves can help you navigate unexpected challenges.
