Whenever I tap on tools I get the list of tools. but none of them respond when I tap on them. 

One thing that groups can provide (whether it's in person or online) is accountability, experience, systems, tools and resources. 

I get to work with a lot of heavy equipment and power tools in my current job. 

We've seen seller financing come back in a big way, and I think it will continue as debt continues to be challenging.Syndication, raising capital for less experienced operators, and those who have challenging deals, will be more difficult in this part of the cycle.What tools/strategies are you using to close deals today?

The good news is that I've talked to a few software developers that are trying to develop market analysis tools for MTRs.

Investigate government programs such as HUD, USDA, and FHA loans, select investment techniques such as house hacking, turnkey homes, or purchase and hold, and assess properties using tools such as Grants.gov, HUD.gov, and BiggerPockets.Good luck!
