I’m in Anaheim , Ca. and medium homes are running 500,000 + easily.

Hi All, Can anyone recommend an honest handyman (hopefully not too expensive either) that works in Anaheim?

Rehab properties still sell like hot cakes though and rents are going up a lot.I had a flip in Glendale that wasn't moving and I didn't want to wait it out so refinancing and renting, should cash flow about $400/mo

Day 1 numbers don't tell the whole story and just like with dividend stocks, you want to find the right companies/properties that have a high GROWTH rate; that's the key to future wealth, and I believe you will be hard pressed to find a better market than the Bay Area for that.Also, people will say that appreciation is just icing on the cake... if that's the case, I got a serious sweet tooth.

The icing on the cake is the speed in which they work and the customer service is awesome.

The business and economic issues should drive the decision making; the 1031 Exchange should just be the icing on the cake.

We have plenty in the bank left over to complete the reno to which an inexperienced investor walked away from to create a profit on the flip which is going to be icing on the cake... 

A client of mine bought a fourplex in Anaheim and another in the city of Orange last year.

Manhattan still takes the cake.

If you can convert later into 2 BRs and get higher rent, then that’s all icing on the cake.
