this is what keeps me going keeping up with all my 20 to 45 year old movers and shakers..  

have two small apartment complexes in Aberdeen & Hoquiam that I am analyzing.

I am a current resident of PDR and interested in opportunities in the neighborhood and in general networking with the shakers and movers.  

Most people are basing their work schedule, utilities, movers, contractors, and many other things on that date.  

One of my peeves is tenants and movers who think the way to hold a self closing door open is to jam a piece of crap into the hinges, which rips out the hinge screws in my old wooden buildings.

If you get into the 70s you add risk in terms of resale but late 80s and 90s are still good movers.

I like being a serial mover. 

And, I'd signed a lease on a rental apartment, paid my deposit and a broker's fee and had the movers booked for my move the next day...I became an instant private investigator.

Both my brother and 3rd floor tenants intend to move.  Rents

Atlanta was a huge one over the last few years, Phoenix before that, and more recently Dallas and Chicago have been fast-movers.
