North Glendale near the ASU campus is less expensive & OK, south Glendale had issues with crime and a serial shooter with in the last couple of years (I had family and friends at both ASU campuses). 

BOFA has 3.18 trillion Assets, most earning prime +, so north of 8%, but the bare minimum they would earn would be 5.33% with any cash deposits parked at the FED reverse repo facility, which equates to about $470,816,666 per day in interest, So delaying a digital payment for a week is like 3.5 Billion dollars across its portfolioAnd I love that despite tbills going from near zero to 5.4% over last 2 yrs, BOFA/CHASE still paying its depositors the Princely sum of 0.01% on savings accounts.

. - It could be worse LOL - really though I guess it all depends on what they do for you for the money, for high complexity clientele I've seen it go well north of that figure for a full suite of accounting and tax planning.

Hello I'm an electrician in North Idaho.I'm not certain if anyone's covered these items yet but I just completed my first new construction spec and here are the big mistakes I've made that that cost me time and money. 1: spend whatever time it takes to double check all the prints from the truss company window dimensions from supply yard and anything else where you have to order the material ahead of time.

Port Richmond is also a solid area but you gotta stay south of Aramingo Ave, its a pretty hard border because once you go north of it your creeping towards zombie land. 

I'm looking at north Snohomish county to make it work...but not going further north than marysville/east out to Sultan due to commute times.
