We don't plan on doing any remodeling, and from our visual walk through, everything seems up to date.

Heat maps are an awesome way to quickly visualize data, but only if that visualization is done meaningfully.

I curiously looked at Milwaukee and the prices seem way cheaper although most of the multiunit housing doesn't look at great visually.
