Miami Beach has many restriction for STR due to the big amount of hotels in the area and these hotels lobby the local government to impose.Is there any particular reason you want to invest in Miami Beach? 

However, this thread did remind me about the Israeli theaters.

I bet the lobby on that has already started.  

We have no lobby.

The hotel industry is lobbying hard to kill off vacation homes, and Vegas hotels are still run by corrupt people. 

My town has 2200 people and has 4 restaurants, a little store, two gas stations, some shops, 2 golf courses, a summer theater that has movies and sometimes live entertainment and plenty of backroads where you can buy 5-10 acre parcels you’d rarely see other people and could build a cabin and have solar.

Maybe while in line at the movie theater you ask your daughter how her period is going and discuss if pads or tampons' would be better? 

with a massive lobby, inlaid tile, turned staircase, etc.

I often hear people casting aspersions like "all the crazy people are from Aurora" and the theater shooting didn't help that reputation.
