Hey all, I was wondering if any of you guys in here are currently or have recently done any sub to / seller financing deals.

Most notable cost basis, debt service, cap ex schedule, accounting, checking account oversight for ease of transactions, property tax tracking and trends, custom KPIs and modeling. 

But I can't find a place to order the book anywhere in the website and don't see a way to connect a customer care.

This way you can see their work and most will have customer reviews on there as well especially if they have a Facebook page. 

My only white kitchen is one I painted to salvage the custom cabs.

So which servicer has great customer service AND a great portal/website?

I know what a good real estate agents have to go through that a customer does not see.

The company that I've hired to do my direct mail does that very similar method with an envelope close to that size with a customized design on it.

I'm looking at approaching it as a sub to deal or creatively. but either way the seller needs to go. anyone dealt with pre foreclosure PCOA before?

And Name the property with a custom website like LasVegasFarmhouse.com or something - When people start to tag your property's backyard on IG, because it has it's own page that you put up a flyer in the unit to notify them. this is free marketing and word of mouth that will drive in new revenue.
