I was driving for dollars and stumbled across some "abandoned" properties in my neighbor hood.

I see that there was no response to this, and i happened to stumble upon this thread, so i thought i would send out a couple options.

That is what I plan to do in the future, when I stumble across a thread where someone rolled the dice and then needs to determine an exit strategy.Thank you to anyone that's posted a non-judgmental, helpful, and thoughtful feedback.

Stumbled across BP and thought, what a wonderful deal! 

I have stumbled upon a few properties that could be potential flips or buy and hold and am looking for guidance about investing in this area.  

@Kyle Meadors  The chances of a newbie stumbling across a great deal on MLS that's near GT is close to zero.  

If you put in the time to sift through it all, you can find so much information here that is worth gold - literally.I had been learning for over a year and even put in three or four offers when I stumbled across a posting on the BP Marketplace.

I thought I did all the right things by hiring a licensed PM (not the cheapest) who answered my screening questions the best - and I am going to be taking repossession of the property in about 30 days.I've been watching and reading some great things on tips for setting up virtual "showings" and I was researching lock boxes when I stumbled upon smart locks. 

I know that this thread is old, but I wanted to leave a message here in case anyone stumbles across it like I did.
