If you are the lone supplier of a specific housing product and there's pent up demand you will absorb your units quicker and have tenant stay longer given the lack of alternatives.

In terms of property value, I dont think it would have much of an impact as SRA really isnt classified as a crime specifically because of secular laws and such and the crime would be sa, murder, extortion etc..  

If money were no object, do you have a specific property (whether it's for sale or not) and address that would be an ideal first investment for you?

Frankly, I'm not crazy about tenants messing with anything that has to do with connecting water that is always left on (ie dishwasher, washing machine) or electricity that needs to be specifically wired (ie range, dryer).

Facebook will have groups specific to the areas you are in.

My criteria is a specific set of numbers with dollar signs in front, not percentages behind. 

I don't have functions where people go to a low or no fee seminar making wild claims and trying to suck them out of 40,000 or more ( talking in generalities not a specific company ).

I have listened to a large number of podcasts (a few with them specifically speaking) and read quite a lot about their company.

In most places that started with a notice to pay rent or get out (pay or quit notice) with a specific time-frame to comply.
