We also have breed restrictions (no aggressive breeds) You may not always get the best leads but you can rule out the bad tenants by simply following some of these steps as a start :)

The clients I had were all livestock breeders that also laid in hay and other crops with one client also breeding Australian Cattle Dogs for work and show.You do depreciate your breeding stock (not your slaughter stock) and I recall having a great time in the office one day when I looked up from my research materials and asked my colleagues if any of them knew the Depreciable Life of a b**ch.

I spoke w/ them last night and discovered that they have 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 4, and 1) and 2 dogs living in a 2bd 1 ba.... their existing lease didn't specify the dog breed... but she answered honestly and told me that one was an American Stafford pit bull (terrier)... i.e. it's not a dangerous dog, but comes from the pit bull blood line and insurance companies still ban it, so I told her this would be a problem.
