Dave NA We would be fine with inheriting the land, except that my parents were interested in letting my siblings and I take our respective acreage over because the land is not producing any income and it's just a yearly tax expense to them.

The avg Sec 8 household already has a steady migration of parents, siblings, cousins, etc., coming through the household.

It fell mostly on me, I talked my parents into a getting a trust set up so I knew what would be the outcome of the property's and rental business, when they passed, and so did my siblings.
