Overall, I am looking to seek connections and resources to learn as much as I can about real estate investing in general and grow my network in the area.

Instead of actively seeking out buyers, focus on what I do here: establish credibility, showcase your knowledge and competence, and lock in high-quality deals where the numbers make sense.In this space, transparency and honesty are key.

They even have very tight rules as to what our assistants can and can't do, such as if I were to hire a non-licensed secretary or whatever.

So outsourcing some degree of property mgmt would be a must... but the deal won't work paying a local property manager a large % of my revenue...Instead, I would set up my "boots on the ground" (cleaners, handyman), and would need an offshore virtual assistant to manage guests and coordination of my local team. 

Also hearing better than market results from those who are self managing as consumers continue to buck excessive fees by seeking to book direct.
