I spent some time reviewing that market and I've done appraisals over there in Agoura Hills, in fact I appraised a monster on Kanan 2 years ago, it was a Bank Owned property, I think it was 8,000 SF on 4 acres or something crazy.

Then take them to storage.. the Wolf range in my personal home I bought on sale ( 8 years ago for 4600)  its a monster one 60 inch with double oven and infrared on top  sat in my airplane hanger all these years until I installed it a few months ago..

Don't lift them 6 feet in the air and put chrome monster truck wheels on them, and even the top trim level ones blend in pretty well.But my "uniform" when I'm at home is cargo shorts, an old t-shirt, flip flops and a dingy ball cap.When I'm doing business, i.e. looking at properties, attending inspections, etc, I arrive in the F-150 wearing khaki work pants, a collared shirt, and boots.
