If you get your hands on a real estate agent that is willing to work with you as an investor, simply explain your business model to them in a nutshell, you don’t have to reveal everything obviously but you have to give them enough information so that they understand your goals.In exchange for them submitting offers, listing properties or whatever else you may have them doing for you and your business, you can exchange seller leads of people you spoke to who are not able or willing to do business with you because of the price disparity or whatever else and you can easily refer listing business to this real estate agent.

I had a fairly long winded answer to that thread, which ultimately boiled down to the fact that all of us, as investors, need to look in the mirror to determine whether or not we are doing things how they should be done.In your posts, you repeatedly and openly discuss your desire to deceive the agents involved (not revealing to them your true intentions with the property).

The thing that really intrigues me are the possible answers that could come from all around the country.After several investors respond I will reveal exactly what I am charging as a wholesale fee, and what I would charge for a birddog fee.Let's have some fun guy's (and gurl's).Jeff
