I understand how it all works but when you go to refinance (regular refi no cash out) will the underwriter see that the current mortgage on the property is from an LLC that is owned by the borrower?

I think one thing that investors are learning is that stopping regular distributions might not be a bad thing.  

This is because the sale process affords the more natural process of being able to undertake customary diligence with contingencies, obtain financing etc.
