If you have money to start then it makes it that much easier, bit even if you do why use your income to build it, why not use RE proceeds anyway.I think people overlook the flipping arm as a piece of the puzzle. 

While I have been given great advice and guidance through some of those phone calls, I still have missing pieces to my puzzle.

Now, when it comes to diving deeper into a deal, getting stuff like T-12 or rent rolls after that initial deal packet can be a bit of a puzzle.
