The most reliable ones are going to be referrals from your personal/ professional network.

Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!

Have a property line dispute in OOS area, referral to kick a$$ lawyer that will treat you well.  

Learn, take action and network with other wholesalers (call all the signs you see on the road that are promoting a wholesale deal or that say I BUY HOUSES CASH). 

The advice, negotiation, referrals to inspectors, lenders, contractors, lawyers, title companies, etc.

@Vinay M.Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder, etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

@Kaleb Phillips an agent promoting their industry, no surprise.Problem with it, is that agents are transaction based. 

Yes, I live in the Detroit Area, Yes I do have money to buy these properties, And I have been finding all my deals from cold calling, agent referrals, and JV deals with other wholesalers.  

I know OC is doing a lot of off season promoting and events, but by the calendars of the STRs I've looked at, it still doesn't look like most properties are booked then.
