We have had a divided country since before the Civil War but that should not keep us from coming to the table with an open mind to solve the enourmous chanllenges that face all of us.I have been dissapointed with the blatant misstatement of facts and outright lies that have replaced honest and open debate on the issues.Unless we are able to have open discussion of the issues and shine a light on the hidden ajendas of our politicians I fear that our government will continue to be ineffective.

He's a politician, not a business person or wealth creator.

I can't understand how politicians can be for both lowering taxes, raising spending, and adding tariffs.

Sorry I got all worked up, but poor, unprofessional tactics like these make me mad because it affects my business by affecting the reputation of our industry, which is why we're on the list of the most distrusted professions, right behind contractors, politicians, and psychics!

We all know bad people like some cops, politicians, news casters, attorneys, judges, film actor's, kinda makes me sick to be honest.  

My wife and I have chosen RE investing because of:The Cash Flow Factor Tax Benefits (to help keep more of our hard earned money) Wealth Creation / Net Worth Security (well, more then most other investments anyway - because everyone needs shelter)If you notice, wealthy people always have real estate in their holdings (including politicians who want to impose higher taxes on the rich - funny how that works).

But by them telling you that they won't do a double close, but may end up wholesaling it some day, to me seems akin to: "how do you know when a politician is lying"?

This fear is fed by politicians beating the drum of "lawsuit abuse" and "dirty trial lawyers".

The Windy City - although not because it is windy, but because our politicians were (actually still are) full of so much hot air.
