i will find out later tonight, but if i get there and it is clear they have moved out, can i change the locks even though i do not have "official" notice from the tenant?

I understand that nothing said here constitutes official legal advice, but I thought I would get an opinion from some of you on how I should handle my particular situation.1.

I've been on BP a while but never officially did the member introduction thing -- so, here goes.  

The county has to notify any mortgage companies of the pending tax sale and if they choose to do nothing then when the tax deed is issued the mortgage is wiped out.Pretty much the only liens that would be senior to a tax lien is a IRS or State income tax lien.All other liens are wiped out when the higher priority tax Deed is issued.I also have a good working relationship with my county officials.

Not an 'official' one like they do in large commercial negotiations, but a letter that is kind of personable and states some things you like about the house/property and a few ways you would be interested in purchasing it.  

I say "had" because I seem to have kicked it.What I had was officially named Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures.

I like to get something in writing from the tenant when they leave saying that they are officially gone and have left nothing that they want.2) Yes I have gotten a money judgement on a past tenant.
